A holiday perhaps away from home, friends and family can make a difference and a place to relax with no means of communication (few hours in the day won’t hurt).

Your wellbeing matters a lot, remember health is wealth or as someone once said “the greatest wealth is Health.” and it’s one of the reason you need to free your thought, stay hydrated, take walks, a little jog, go swimming and anything that keeps you fit and happy.

T – Take time to rebuild yourself
Recreation is very vital and plays a key role, look for a nice relaxing location like under a tree depending on the weather, a library, a social gathering (in evenings if possible) , read a book, can also be a time to build back your spiritual life and mind -educate yourself!

A – Appreciate who you are
Believe it or not some people are masters in this and for some they don’t care – remember the key element here is you, why get out of your comfort zone if you not ready to get loss and enjoy yourself; make the best of your personal time.

W – Weight of Burden
Today we all carry hurtful feelings anyway we go no matter how much we try to get rid of it, it stays but first we need to forgive ourselves in other to forgive others – burdens are like carrying bags of stones, it easier if we decide not to carry them anymore.

A – Approach things positively
Almost back to reality! now what you do here matters; change your mind set on the way you do or see things, also towards the attitude people will give you, remember if you don’t act wisely you only carry their burdens.

At this stage, wish you never returned from that peaceful relaxing time, the truth? You are back and this is when you choose who to be – the old me or new me, remember if you can G.E.T what you want, then think how you can be A.W.A.Y.
